You can now have delicious and juicy ribs in just under an hour cook time!
Ingredients

1 rack baby back rib
-
1 tsp kosher salt
-
1/4 tsp hot mother truffle
-
1/2 tsp black pepper
-
1 tsp Maggi all purpose
-
2 tbsp brown sugar
-
3 tbsp Jerk Me Up Scotchie
-
2 tbsp vinegar
-
1 cup The Johnny
Directions
Cut the rack into double rib portions to ensure they cook quickly
Season with salt, pepper, Maggi, brown sugar and the jerk
Keep it covered and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 6 hours or even better if you can manage overnight
The next day take it out of the fridge 30 minutes before cooking and pour vinegar over ribs
While the ribs are getting to room temp preheat grill or cast iron to medium heat when I put my hand over the flame if I can handle 5 seconds and no more then I know that’s the heat I want it at
Place them over the grill rib side down and cover them for about 5 minutes, flip them and cook for another 5 minutes
Preheat oven to 300F
Brush on the Johnny and have that char up a bit on each side basting every 2 minutes for 5 minutes
Then transfer to oven and bake until the internal temp reached 145F
Slice and enjoy!
