Johnny, our ‘father’ sauce, is a blend of jerk seasoning ingredients with rum and our sweet bbq sauce. This is a slightly sweet bbq sauce with a hint of rum, but a nice subtle kick of spice which is used as the perfect accent to any barbecue.

Ingredients:

BBQ sauce, dark rum, brown sugar, jerk, scotch bonnet, bouillon cube, ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium salt (edta).

Keep refrigerated after opening.

Suggested Use:
Use the Johnny as liberally or as little as you’d like. We recommend using 4 tbsp for every 1lb to marinate your favorite cuts of meat, poultry or fish before grilling or baking. Even better when it’s brushed on while cooking. Also our secret for our grilled vegetables.
