Method
Combine the ground beef, Hot Mother Truffler, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Johnny BBQ Sauce, white onion, cilantro, and parsley in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Slice the pita bread open to create a pocket. Press a thin, even layer of the seasoned beef mixture into the inside of the pita, then gently close it around the meat.
Place the stuffed pita onto a hot flat top or griddle. Cook on both sides, pressing lightly as it cooks, until the beef is browned and fully cooked through and the pita is golden and crisp.
While the gyro cooks, combine the sliced red onion, vinegar, and salt in a bowl. Set aside to quick-pickle.
In a small bowl, mix together the Hot Truff Aioli and feta until combined.
Spread a generous layer of the Hot Truff Aioli Feta Sauce on the pita, then more Johnny BBQ sauce.
Fill the pita with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and the quick pickled onions.
Fold, serve immediately, and enjoy.
