Bottled Margaritas – because shaking is overrated. 😉 Enjoy responsibly and Happy Cinco de Mayo! 🎉
Ingredients
Ingredients (per bottle)
-
4 bottles Fever Tree Soda Water (200 ml)
-
1½ oz tequila blanco per bottle (silver tequila)
-
½ oz orange liqueur per bottle (Triple Sec or Cointreau)
- ½ oz fresh lime juice per bottle (about half a lime)
-
½ oz mango syrup per bottle (sweet mango puree or syrup)
-
Hot Mother Truffler salt, for rimming (white truffle scotch bonnet infused salt)
-
lime wedge, for garnish
Directions
Rim the Bottle
Pour a bit of Hot Mother Truffler salt onto a small plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of the soda bottle, then dip the bottle neck into the salt to coat the rim. (This gives a spicy truffle kick with every sip!
Make Room
Open the Fever Tree soda water and pour out about one-third of it (roughly 2 oz) to create space for your margarita ingredients.
Add Ingredients
- Using a small funnel (or very steady hand), add the lime juice, mango syrup, orange liqueur, and tequila blanco straight into the bottle. 🍈🥭 Watch out – it might fizz!
Mix & Garnish
Gently give the bottle a little swirl to mix (cover the top with your thumb and turn it upside down once or twice). Then push a fresh lime wedge into the neck of the bottle as a garnish.
Serve
Cheers! Your bottled margarita is ready. Hand it off to a friend or enjoy it yourself – right from the bottle. No shaker, no mess, all fiesta! 🎊
