Directions
In a bowl combine all ingredients for marinade in a bowl
In a plate or small baking tray combine the flour mixture
Cut you chicken breast into tenders, drop the tenders in the marinade for 20 mins covered in the fridge
When ready take it out and dredge it into the flour mixture then allow to set on a cookie tray to allow the chicken to absorb the flour. (This ensures the oil doesn’t get as dirty when frying)
Preheat you frying pan with oil 1” high over medium heat before adding your tenders, cooking for 3-5 minutes each side, i just kept flipping them until they were golden brown
Fry off your bacon slices until nice and crispy
Chop your lettuce, tomato, red onions, then add your bacon, Parmesan cheese and 2 tbsp of Caesar please and chop until combined
Add 1/4 cup of the chopped salad mixture to the wrap, then top with two tenders and the remaining Caesar pleaser
